In this guide, you will learn how to resolve the problem if you do not see any data in the "Campaigns" section inside the ecomtrack app.
Resolving the issue
If you do not see any data inside of "campaigns" section, then you haven't integrated correctly your store to ecomtrack and therefore we cannot collect any data from your store.
To resolve this, please follow one of the guides below depending on the e-commerce platform you use.
Shopify Integration with ecomtrack
How to setup your Shopify store with ecomtrack in under 3 minutes.
Both of your unique codes, the Global Tracking Code and Event Snippet, are found on the Integration page inside app.ecomtrack.io
Installing Global Tracking Code
You need to install the global site tag in your Shopify theme code.
1. Open your Shopify admin and click Online Store on the left side.
2. Click Actions > Edit code.
3. Open your `theme.liquid` file.
4. Paste the copied global site tag between the '<head>' and '</head>' tags to apply the tag to every page in your store.
5. Click Save.
Installing Event Snippet
Lastly, you just need to instal an event snippet.
1. Open your Shopify admin and click Settings > Checkout.
2. In the Order processing section, in the Additional scripts text box, paste the event snippet. If you already have code in the Additional scripts text box, then add the event snippet on a new line below the existing code.
3. Click Save.
Once there is a purchase on your Shopify and you integrated both steps correctly, you'll get green confirmation successfully connected.
WooCommerce Integration with ecomtrack

Installing Global Tracking Code
You need to install the global site tag and an event snippet in your Wordpress page.
1. Open your Wordpress admin and click Appearance > Theme Editor.
2. On the right side, click on ’functions.php’
3. Paste the following code just before the ’?>’ tag.
Shoptet Integration with ecomtrack
How to setup your Shoptet store with ecomtrack in under 3 minutes.
You need to install the global site tag in your Shoptet site.
1. Open your Shoptet admin and click Templates > Editor of the appearance.
2. Click on the `HTML Code` tab.
3. Copy the code below and paste it in the Header (bottom of the HEAD tag) box.
4. Click Save.
