Missing data from Facebook

In this guide, you will learn how to resolve the problem if you do not see data from Facebook in the "Campaigns" section inside the ecomtrack app. 

Resolving the issue

If you do not see Facebook data inside of "campaigns" section, then you haven't integrated correctly your Facebook profile to ecomtrack.

To resolve this, please follow the guide below so you integrate correctly your Facebook profile.

Adding URL Parameters

First, place the URL parameter: fb_ad_id={{ad.id}} in the tracking area of every ad in your ad account. 

This will place tracking on all links, even those in the content of the ad when clicked.

If you already have UTMs or parameters in your tracking are add our url parameter with an "&" sign.

Once there is a first visit from your ad that has this URL parameter in it, you will get green confirmation successfully connected.

Then you can move to the next step.
